Meet Doug Bertram
I am on a personal mission to create at least another 200 6-Figure Petrepreneurs over the next couple years.
You see I've been a pet industry executive for over 10 years (yikes, it's been that long already) - holding positions as CEO of Farnam Pet Products ($40 million dollars in annual sales), President and Online Operations Director of Happy Dog Toys ($10 million dollars in annual sales) and President of Sterling Paws (an inventive start-up pet supply direct marketing company.)

I was working 60-75 hours a week and was close to burnout - at only 30 years of age! My weekends were spent dreading Monday - not because I hated the work, but because of my lack of FREEDOM (I felt like I was literally chained to my office)!
Within 6 months of getting started as an independent petrepreneur, I was already making more from home (at night and on the weekends) than I was bringing home as the President of a $50 million dollar company. I went into the next monthly board meeting and resigned. WHAT A FEELING! I can remember driving home that day with the most exhilarating feeling imaginable!
I'm not telling you this to brag, I simply want to share with you what's possible if you give yourself the opportunity.
Here's how I got started: Basically I am a family guy who loves to coach his kid's sports teams, play with his dog's, and NOT work very hard. You have to read Tim Ferriss's "Four Hour Work Week" book - it is truly an eye-opening and inspirational account of designing a lifestyle now - not deferring living your life until retirement. Anyway...back to my story.
One weekend afternoon when I was at work, hating the fact I was missing another one of Jake's soccer games, I stumbled across a website. It talked about this lady who was making $300 dollars a day, every day, by selling her handmade pet gifts on eBay. I got her contact information off the site and called to talk with her about her growing business. Little did I know that our conversation would open my eyes to the enormous opportunity for individuals to capitalize on the multi-billion dollar pet craze.
After our conversation I never looked back. To make a long story short I went home that night and couldn't sleep - I knew I had finally figured out for the first time in my life that I could actually make all the money I needed and better yet do it in a way that let me be there to watch my kids grow-up.
I typically work about 20-25 hours a week. I love what I do - I eat, sleep and breathe pets and the products, services and information that can make their lives better. And I am extremely passionate about helping other pet fanatics turn their passion into profits. I do my very best to get back with everyone who asks for help within 24-48 business hours (I don't usually work Friday's though) however since I get dozens of requests from people all around the country, this is not always possible. This is where I am going to ask YOU for some help.
